Vets Town Hall has reached an important milestone: We’ve signed a lease for a small office in a historic building in Burlington, VT.

The location gives us a dedicated workspace, as well as storage and staging areas for event and outreach materials, and it provides some much-needed infrastructure as our work continues to grow.

The space is located in an incubator facility in Burlington’s South End Arts District, and had been an artist’s studio for forty years. The well-loved walls had seen a lot of projects and use – but after light repairs, primer, paint, and some help from our neighbors, Vets Town Hall’s new home is well on its way to being a welcoming and cohesive workspace.

We want to thank Curtis Lumber, which has a location just up the street, for donating the paint, painting supplies, and materials for wall repair! Donations like these mean we can put more of our resources towards programming.

We’re excited to have a dedicated space where we can focus on building partnerships, getting the word out, creating opportunities for veterans to connect with their communities, and making sure communities meaningfully welcome veterans home.
